Biomass separator
The biomass separator is a self-cleaning, program-controlled separator and is used for the continuous separation of biomass concentrate from mash (fermentation broth).
The solids accumulated in the bowl during the separation process are automatically discharged according to a preselectable time program.
The special design of the bowl, in conjunction with the program control system, allows further adaptation even to difficult process conditions and enables a chemical cleaning cycle (CIP cleaning).
Biopolymer separator
The biopolymer separators collect/purify the biopolymer contained in the cell after it is released by breaking down the microorganisms (cell lysis) and then washed. The nozzle separator is used to separate the biopolymer from the remaining cell components, which remain in the liquid phase. The discharge of the solid can be full automatic or by manual operation. The machine is designed with CIP function.
